1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jyaya9 ("jyaya9", "we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the jyaya9 website located at jyaya9.net, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, payment portals, customer support channels, and any other services offered by jyaya9 (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Services").

jyaya9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Where age or identity cannot be verified to jyaya9's satisfaction, jyaya9 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.
Where jyaya9 discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned via the original payment method after deduction of any bonuses received. Winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.
3. Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent account closure.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active jyaya9 account. Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jyaya9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts. The original account balance may be reviewed at jyaya9's discretion.
3.3 Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jyaya9 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jyaya9 immediately at [email protected]. jyaya9 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access but cannot accept liability for losses arising from credential sharing or negligent handling of account credentials by the account holder.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
jyaya9 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name). Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. jyaya9 conducts KYC verification to comply with its anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations and to protect the security of all players on the Platform.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.

- Deposits are credited to your jyaya9 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of the payment from the relevant mobile financial service or card processor.
- jyaya9 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which jyaya9 accepts no responsibility.
- Only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts may be refused and returned, minus any third-party processing charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
- jyaya9 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation for deposits and betting activity.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are satisfied may be declined or the bonus balance may be forfeited at jyaya9's discretion.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
jyaya9 maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that jyaya9 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account(s) will be suspended pending investigation. Any funds identified as proceeds of criminal activity will be withheld and reported accordingly.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jyaya9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are denominated in BDT and are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion as published on the jyaya9 Platform at the time the bonus is offered.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are credited to your jyaya9 bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered using real-money bets before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.

5.2 Promotion Modifications
jyaya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus amounts already credited to player accounts at the time of the modification. 6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jyaya9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering as a minor (under 18 years of age) or providing false age information at registration.
- Creating or operating more than one jyaya9 account.
- Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not intended for genuine human players.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, sports betting, or tournament context on jyaya9.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events on which bets are placed via jyaya9.

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jyaya9 staff, agents, or other players via any jyaya9 communication channel.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
jyaya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where jyaya9 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account is being used fraudulently, in connection with criminal activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to jyaya9 or to other players.
- The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
- Continued operation of the account presents a risk management, compliance, or reputational concern for jyaya9.
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request closure of their jyaya9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any applicable outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be refunded via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently by contacting [email protected]. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, and no deposits, bets, or game sessions will be permitted. 9.1 Limitation of Liability
